I appreciate being known as a customer and not just another car sale. Q offered to answer any future questions I may have, which I do appreciate, as you never know when a question may arise. Peter Phillips and his trainee, Damon spent a great deal of time showing me all of the features of my new Toyota. We set up my Bluetooth, in addition to starting to set my preset radio and XM stations. I know that I kept both Peter and Damon beyond the end of their work day, but they were both happy to spend as much time with me as I needed, and never made me feel as though they were anxious to leave. I'm looking forward to my follow-up call with Peter in the next day or two, and know that he will continue to be a resource for any questions I may have in the future. More
This was my third Toyota purchased at this dealership and each time I have had a great experience. We were quickly off to a nice, painless process of obtaining a value for my trade in, checking out the features in the latest model of Prius, and finally wrapping up the purchase process. I decided to browse the sales floor during a scheduled maintenance on Monday with little to no love left for Toyota. I've been a customer for over 5 years with 3 cars under my belt and I must admit that a maintenance on Monday with little to no love left for Toyota. I've been a customer for over 5 years with 3 cars under my belt and I must admit that after the purchase of my Rav 4 last year, I was ready to go next door! It all began last spring when I received a call from a young lady in the call center who invited me in to take advantage of their trade offers. Since my warranty had expired and I had about a year left on my current note, I decided to take a look. Upon arrival, I was shown 1 vehicle, a 2009 Toyota Camry. The sales rep spent a great deal of time trying to convince me of the great deal I was getting but when I got home I found that the radio (which was touted to be great by the sales rep) was broken. When I brought the car back I was directed to service, who sent me back to sales and back again until finally a new radio was ordered and installed without me having to foot the bill (I couldn't believe that they wanted me to pay). After a few weeks of being less than thrilled, I brought the car back and expressed my dissatisfaction. Working with the same sales rep, I was sold a 2009 Toyota Rav 4. I left the dealership feeling like I had been robbed. In one month, I spent close to 6,000 on down payments for two vehicles. Fast forward to Monday when I was approached by a gentleman on the sales floor. Of course I told him that I wasn't interested in buying. I also requested to speak to someone in reference to getting my information removed from their sales and promotions list since I had been recently solicited. When asked why, I explained my past experience with the gentleman who assured me that he'd lower my current payment and put me in a brand new car. Of course I wasn't impressed but since my car was being serviced, I sat and listened. Londale, was awesome! After hearing my story he set out to deliver exceptional service even though I wasn't buying. When he told me that he could put me in a 2013 Toyota Camry and lower my monthly payment he had my undivided attention. I didn't believe that getting a current year vehicle was possible because the option was never presented in the past. Londale assured me that he would do all that he could to get me in a better deal and he did. The icing on the cake was when he asked his manager Mike Coll to come over to speak with me. Still not 100% convinced, Mike smoothed things over and I was sold! Where were these two guys a year ago? My confidence in Toyota had been restored, thanks to Londale Walden. More
Was interested in a used car at this dealership, jumped through hoops to find lowest price, used car manager tried to charge me $4k+ than it was on the Ardmore Toyota/Certified Scion site for. The car was listed on the lot for 15k+, on Ardmore's site for 13k+ and on the certified Scion site for 12k+. Internet department was the lowest offer with no hassle. Purchased the new car, came home and realized my AUX jack didn't work. Returned to service to discover the wrong radio was in my car (whoever leased it must have swapped the radio?). The most disappointing part to all of this is Ardmore prides itself of their "160- Point Inspection" yet no one knew the radio wasn't the right one and the AUX wasn't working. Service had to located a used car radio (the right model) and install it. This was a 5 hour service appointment. Had to return within the same week and have the bracket adjusted because it was not installed properly. After all of this hassle, I emailed the manager (Martin Fusselman) to share my experiences with him and he never even replied. Cliff Mackay was the only helpful associate in this entire process. He is the only reason I didn't rate this "very bad." I recommend dealing with him if you go to this dealer. This is my second purchase from Ardmore Toyota and definitely my last. More
Al Portela is an excellent salesman with good knowledge of the car he sold us, but more importantly, he connected with us as a human being. He suggested an alternative to our original plan of purchasing a of the car he sold us, but more importantly, he connected with us as a human being. He suggested an alternative to our original plan of purchasing a new Prius, offering us a good deal on a certified pre-owned "dealer" vehicle. This helped us keep our payment at a reasonable level for our budget. He made sure we understood the basics of driving a hybrid without overloading us with details. He gave us his cell phone number in case we had any further questions (and answered it and helped us when we did call with an issue a few weeks later). He even hooked up the Bluetooth for us (which we never would have even realized we had without his help). It was an absolute pleasure to buy our car with him as our salesperson. More

They provided me with all the information I needed prior to coming in for my appointment and answered any questions that I had. I received a warm welcome when I entered the dealership and although I was an hour early for my appointment, I was helped right away. My salesman was Al P. and he was very friendly, informative, and efficient. Being that I was a first-time buyer, he informed me of all my options (buy or lease) and answered all of my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable and secure that my best interests were being met. I did not expect to drive off the lot with my new vehicle so quickly! Nonetheless, I am now a proud new owner of a 2014 Toyota Corolla! My overall experience was excellent and I would honestly recommend Ardmore Toyota to all my friends and family. They take good care of you. More

Kevin is knowledgeable, knew what we were looking for in an automobile, and suggested one to test drive. He offered us a price we couldn't refuse and we bought the car on the spot. We have used Toyota as our service provider and our cars have been maintained there very well. When faced with multiple needs the service agent listed the priorities so we would know which service needed to be done immediately and which ones could wait for another time. We have been very happy using Ardmore Toyota. More
