The dealer by the name of Richard Rosenbaum, had picked me up when was needed. Richard has the knowledge about vehicles and he has went out his way to nose sure that I was taking care of. Richard is very nice and he is a man to his word. It took Richard 72 hours to get the fianace department to approve of my loan. Richard has went out his way to help me out so much. I would recommend Richard to purchase or trade a vehicle in. He has a lot of integrity and determination when you ask him questions about vehicles. I am satisfy with my new vehicle and most of all, I am satisfed with Richard outstanding knowledge about the vehicles that I had inquiry on. More

Carl Camarota was wonderful, he was our sales associate and he went above and beyond to stay in touch with us and to make sure everything went smoothly, even after we had purchased the Toyota Highlander. We went back to get a DVD player installed and that went very smoothly too. Kim Gallia was fantastic to work with, she was genuine, honest, and worked creatively to make sure we were getting the vehicle we wanted at a cost we could afford. 5 star experience!!!!! We would highly recommend going to Toyota Ardmore, and working with Carl and Kim. More

I found several options at Ardmore Toyota and that was when a VERY positive buying experience began. I connected with Ed Sullivan in internet sales via chat. He was responsive, informative, professional and knowledgeable. Without writing a novel, here is where Ardmore outshined the competition: Ed Sullivan was AWESOME from first contact through close of transaction The vehicle was as described and in fantastic condition The showroom was a pleasant place to be - several managers sat with us to "chat" while we reviewed details but they let Ed do his job - this was a zero pressure environment focused on what we wanted not what they thought we wanted (like many other dealers) They believe in attention to detail and customer satisfaction and it shows - big time David Yu in Finance was great! Options were options not points of confusion or stress - either something was a value add to you or it was not - and there was great counsel provided by Ed and David on pros and cons The entire buying experience was, and continues to be, very comfortable I logged a ton of hours in research and bought here because they get it!! They spent an enormous amount of time with us over a couple of days in order to help us choose the right car. We settled on a 2013 Highlander. They also agreed to put in some modifications to the car such as placing new leather on the seats at cost. I stopped by the day after buying the car in order to get the written estimate and they held to their word. An affordable estimate has been given to me. They placed no pressure on us to buy a car. They were concerned about what we wanted or needed. It is also the only dealership that I went to with an area where our young kids could play, while we were shopping for a car. A happy customer! More

My experience with Ardmore Toyota on 3/7/2015 I would like to write about the wonderful experience I had when I visited Ardmore Toyota on March 17, 2015. I spoke and came in originally on 3/17/15 I would like to write about the wonderful experience I had when I visited Ardmore Toyota on March 17, 2015. I spoke and came in originally on 3/17/15 and I met with Kim Gallia and Cecil James. They treated me with the up most respect and let me chose the car I wanted and not force me to get the car they wanted me to get. Kim went over and beyond the call of expertise. I have never been treated the way Kim Gallia treated me and she is definitely true to her word. I do plan to get another jeep from and there and I hope Kim will be there to assist me. She handled everything for me in a professional way. Like I said I have never had the experience that I had on 3/17/2015 from Kim and Cecil. I wish everyone was like them. I have visited Ardmore Toyota several times and this was the first time I truly felt good when I left because of the respect I got when I walked in the door. Some of those sales people treat you like nothing if you have credit issues or other things going on. She wasn't quick to judge, but rather she asked what was going on and came up with a solution. In other words she didn't judge the book by the cover. She read it first. Cecil James was very kind and patient. Made sure I was comfortable while everything was going on. They both went over everything with me and made sure I understood everything and not in car terms, But in terms I understood. I give a shout out to Kim Gallia and Cecil James. I heard Cecil James hasn't been there long. Well I hope they both stay there because the co needs people like them. I work in the public area also. People should not be judged. Get to know their situation because everyone's situation is different and that's what Kim did. Thanks Kim and Cecil for everything. I want everybody who reads this to deal with them Kim Gallia and Cecil James, you won't regret it. More
