I have been explained all the options available and AWD was one of my must to have feature in LE. They offered me LE AWD and remote start without any increase in EMI after the final negotiation. I completely happy with way in which I have been treated, the selection of RAV4 and the paper work were pretty fast.I never thought that I will buy the vehicle on the same day I visit the dealer. Our sales guy was Londale Walden , laid back, no pressure and very efficient. The atmosphere in the dealership was unlike anything I have experienced. Quiet,professional,no craziness no noise ,horns or balloons. We negotiated a fair price for the new vehicle and were given an equally fair price for our trade-in. The financial stuff went smoothly as well. Phil the tech guy was also great.He took the time to explain the vehicles features and made sure it was clean and in good condition when we picked it up. Rich did not try to "hard-sell" us, and was patient and efficient throughout. When we had agreed to buy the Corolla, Alison handled the tedious administration efficiently & pleasantly. The total experience was marred somewhat by a problem we discovered with the brakes on the way home, and which necessitated a return to the workshop on Saturday to have this remedied. This should not have happened on a pre-certified car!! On the flip side, the problem was dealt with in an appropriate manner - hence the rating of 4 stars instead of 5.! More
