I thought the process would be arduous and daunting and felt quite anxious...boy was I wrong! Every staff member (from the valets to the Finance Manager) was affable and quite approachable. It was not at all like the cliche, intimidating car sales experience I was expecting to have. There was no hounding or haggling. The professional staff provided seamless, courteous service and I drove of in a brand new Corolla...YAY!!! More

I've had my 13 year old Matrix serviced at Ardmore - it reached 175,000 miles - and it was time for a new car (although I'm sure this Matrix will last many more miles/years. I wanted to give Ardmore my business for the new car, but as a consumer, I did my shopping around. First of all, I was impressed by the courtesy given by Nicole Millison in her follow up calls. She did not pressure me at all, but assured me that Ardmore would work within my wishes and time frame. I did check all of the other Toyota dealers in the area for the car I was searching for. And the phone calls/ e-mails didn't stop!!! (All the more reason to go back to Ardmore, which I did.) STEVE POVEY was a joy! He was so knowledgable about every aspect of car buying, negotiating, making sure that I felt I was getting a fair deal. I brought my best friend with me to help me in what I thought would be a difficult process. She, as I, were both pleasantly surprised with the ease it was to get to the signed agreement. I am now going back for some 'extras' to be added (pin stripe, back bumper guard). Steve is handling this so excellently. I cannot be happier with my purchase. Even the financing part with David Yu couldn't have been more relaxing! Thank you, everyone at Ardmore Toyota! More
Sales Manager forgot to Hang up phone and left disparaging I was referred by two people to go to Ardmore Toyota on Lancaster ave. I went to see Maria Suarez. Maria was courteous, outgoing and respectful understood my time line and did more than any other salesperson that I have dealt with in the past 6 months. Your dealership is top notch, I was greeted by Maria and she offered me a drink and we started off great. She took her time and she is an asset to your establishment. I had a great experience. Then after getting the numbers I went home and then I received have from Jason. Sales manager for Ardmore Toyota. He leaves the message and forgets to hang up the phone. “I have to do her xxxx job.” You can hear him typing away then he says something regarding me. Again, I play it back and I couldn'tcouldn't believe it. I try to play with the voice enhancer on my phone and you can hear him stated something disparaging remarks about Maria and myself. Really! You must be kidding me. After sending the voicemail over to Maria. Nothing.....no phone calls...nothing from the GM. I had to call her and tell her we were going to deal with another Toyota Dealership regarding the purchase of the Highlander. I would do business again with Maria! Stay away from Jason Discolo! If he talks that way to his sales people. I hate to see how he treats his customers. No call back either from the dealership! xxxx poor management! More

I couldn't be happier with Q's service, his automotive instincts, the automobile he found for me, his impeccable customer service, or the smooth, speedy way he delivered the deal. This Guy is the real Deal. This is the second time I purchased and then leased a car from Owner Max Paul. The second floor, brilliantly designed Hydraulluc System, Max-imizes Car delivery and safe, environmentally sound car storage. Since Max designed it, I'm positive that he is a car genius. The sunlit, architecturally stunning show-rooms and the humorously, artfully placed, life size bronze sculptures, tucked into interior spaces, and spilling outside...a cop directing traffic, a lady on a bench in thoughtful repose, a butler, balancing a platter, and my own personal favorite...the old school, tumbling over, photographer fit the bill. Frustrating I DID NOT BUY my 2016 Nautical Blue SR5 Premium 4Runner from Ardmore Toyota, even though I live 2 blocks from the location and spent about 5 hours in I DID NOT BUY my 2016 Nautical Blue SR5 Premium 4Runner from Ardmore Toyota, even though I live 2 blocks from the location and spent about 5 hours in all sitting through a car buying nightmare. Twice I went in and both times I WALKED OUT without a trace of any real number. "Is this something that you will commit to today?" "Can you put another $5,000 down?" Over and over and even more of the same via TEXT MESSAGING... for days. The second time I went in they wanted me to test drive a Tacoma, since the 4Runner was seemingly impossible for me to get in to. I just did it to waste more of the dealership's time. Sorry, not sorry, it just went too far. I repeatedly told them that I wanted financing. Still, they gave me bogus leasing numbers of 700+/month for a 4Runner? I realized the salesman didn't know what he was doing and was just holding on for dear life. The managers called me and gave the same ridiculous numbers. I got $5,500 BETTER for my trade-in at Springfield Conicelli :) and the deal was done over my lunch break. More

Not only had I started our interaction by indicating that I was not ready to buy a car and was just looking, but an hour later - after I had thanked him for his time and said firmly that I was not ready to commit to a car today - he physically BLOCKED IN MY CAR with the car we had just test driven so I couldn't leave. He then came up to my window, spitting mad: "if you're going to buy a used car, why aren't you buying one from me today?!" and THEN had the audacity to give me his business card "in case I changed my mind." I was terrified. If you want to be bullied into buying a used car, ask for Richard Rosenbaum. More
