My battery on my 2018 atlas died today when I got ready to leave work. I called the service dept and the phone was answered immediately. I explained the situation and she connected me to parts to see if my to leave work. I called the service dept and the phone was answered immediately. I explained the situation and she connected me to parts to see if my battery was in stock. It was! I was returned to the service dept and was told bring my car on out and it could be done today! I got there at 4pm, was promptly and politely greeted. It was also time for an oil change so I got that too--all in under 2 hours! I purchased my vehicle at Momentum and it's nearly impossible to schedule an appointment that's not a month out-if someone answers the phone. There's no such thing as a walk in at that dealership, which is why for my last 3 service appointments I've come to Archer and will continue to do so.
