It’s been over a month since I left my truck here to fix a simple parking sensor. They told me it would take no more than 3 days, but I’m still waiting. Nobody calls me with updates, and I’ve had to come to the dealership multiple times just to find out what’s going on because nobody seems to care.I don’t think anyone at this dealership is going to make my monthly truck payment while it’s sitting there for over a month. I’m the one paying for a truck I can’t even use. They did offer me a loaner, but it wasn’t even a pickup truck like the one I bought. I purchased a pickup because I need it for work, so giving me a regular car doesn’t solve the problem at all. This whole experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better service, but instead I’ve been left without my truck, without answers, and without anyone taking responsibility. More

Will not use this dealership again. Communication is horrible. Promised to have my car done in 2 hours after 6 hours when I called asking what was going on, I was told it would be anoth Communication is horrible. I had to call my job and tell them my half day off would now be a full day. Nobody updated me, I called back and demanded my car be delivered to me ASAP. Surprise in 20 minutes it was delivered. More

I have always had an amazing experience with them! But my last visit I was getting work done and also had an oil change! I paid for it but didn’t get one of those oil change stickers on the windshield But my last visit I was getting work done and also had an oil change!
