They use Fifth Third bank for used vehicle loans, an unreputable bank. They just settled a 20 million dollar lawsuit regarding their vehicle loans. From my experience, they will make it as difficult as possible to pay it off early so they can collect extra days of interest and payments. More

I have always had an amazing experience with them! But my last visit I was getting work done and also had an oil change! I paid for it but didn’t get one of those oil change stickers on the windshield But my last visit I was getting work done and also had an oil change! I paid for it but didn’t get one of those oil change stickers on the windshield. So with my anxiety I wonder if they did it. But I feel stupid about asking them 😂 More
