I recently purchased a 2009 Ford Fusion and am completely satisfied with the staff at Apple Valley Ford. Bob Peterson, my salesman went out of his way to accomodate my every need. I would highly recommend this dealer. Every single request I had they made sure they met it. The staff I dealt with at AVF was amazing. This dealer is absolutely horrid. They sold me a vehicle, threatened to repossess it if I didn't renegotiate the contract (I held my ground and refused, and won!). They didn't deliver the right lic vehicle, threatened to repossess it if I didn't renegotiate the contract (I held my ground and refused, and won!). They didn't deliver the right license plates, they even called my employer and defamed me. Most importantly they stole $1000 in rebate money from me.<br><br>In the end, I won. It took me two years to do it, hundreds and hundreds of posts on the internet, but I got my $1000.00 rebate from them. They tried to extort additional money out of me, get me to sign a new contract. I refused to do a single thing--and won.<br><br>This place is absolutely the WORST! BUYER BEWARE. More
