Actually I had gone to the dealership (Apple Valley Ford) for a lube, oil and filter, but while waiting saw a used car I liked very much, and Matt Warner was the salesman I worked with. I found a 2010 Ford Edge on their website one night and gave them a call. It was right before they closed but the lady who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. In the market for a new Ford Escape. Tried several other dealerships in he Twin Cities. All of them except for Apple Valley Ford really had a ho-hum attitude towards us. I went in on Saturday did a test drive, e-mailed them on the car I wanted on Monday and that night I got myself a car as I had at Apple Valley Ford.
