Eventually, I settled on a hot looking new gray F-150 with salesperson Bob Avery, and the deal was finalized when Chris and I agreed on a price for my trade. I feel I got a great deal, they helped me with the incentives and everyone seemed as happy as I was that I got a great deal. Will I go back someday? Why wouldn't I. The Ford Ranger supercab 4X4 automatic has proven to be the perfect vehicle for me. When I learned that production of the Ranger would end in December, I decided to get a new one. This is the second Ranger I have bought from Apple Valley Ford. Mr. LeRoy (salesman) LISTENED and found the right truck for me. Then, Mr. Callahan allowed a very fair trade-in value for my old truck so I got exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. Because of a physical handicap, I am limited to the use of one arm. My driver's license requires that my steering wheel be disability equipped. This installation is not easy and would be virtually impossible for me to perform with one hand but the Apple Valley Ford service department guys took the challenge and did the job perfectly AT NO CHARGE! That is what I call going the extra mile. I am elderly (retired) and have bought many cars in my life. Quite frankly, I have never dealt with an automobile dealership that comes close to Apple Valley Ford for value, quality service, and overall satisfaction. More

Apple Valley had two Navigators close to what I had in mind (many dealers had none) and several Expeditions with which I could make comparisons. The prices were right up front and comparable to what I expected to pay using the Consumer Reports buying guides of similar vehicle sales including MSRP, invoice costs, actual costs to dealers and a graph showing actual prices paid. Apple Valley's "Best Price" was right where it should have been. It made that part of the experience easy. Rob LeRoy, your sales representative was very helpful in allowing me to road test the Navigator and the closest equipped Expedition. Following my decision, the follow-up was very efficiently done, including contacting New Mexico to permit me to register and title the car in NM. A very hassle-free experience for me and for the dealership. I needed to follow-up today to determine exactly what had been sent to New Mexico so I could follow-up at this end on the registration. Rob was able to put me in touch with the person who handled that to provide that information, again, making it easy for me. More
