Went into Ford looking at Explorers and after talking with my banker it wasn't going to happen. Went back to Kip with some strict guidelines to follow and we went out to the lot to search what they had. with my banker it wasn't going to happen. During my first visit, Michael Wicker listened to what our needs in a new automobile were, shared with me Apple Valley Ford's approach to business, showed me what I wanted to see, politely asked for the sale, but without any pressure. I came back two days later to buy a vehicle, narrowed our choice to three, test drove all of them, filled out a credit app, met with Alex (credit mgr.) who listened to what we wanted to accomplish from the financing side of things, then went to work and exceeded my expectations in regards to the terms that we were looking for. Michael showed me around the service area, introduced me to Jeff B. (Service/Accessories) and to John C. (Sales Mgr.). I was in town for a family visit and had an engine miss in my Grand Marquis. I call the service dept and talked to Denise. She was VERY helpful and accomodating. They were extremely friendly, and walked me through the issues. On top of that, because it was related to a previous service they provided, it didn't cost me anything (covered under warranty). Couldn't be happier with my service, and will definitely come back to Apple Valley Ford again in the future. More

Chad Hird was able to have the tires replaced in time for anticipated winter weather driving conditions, upgrade the tires to a level I preferred, negotiate a cost to the driver at zero dollars (can't beat that can you?) and when I showed up, replaced the tires during the time slot offered. The service was fast and of high quality. I would recommend this dealer ship to anyone based not only on my most recent experience but also on the last 15 years of helpful, timely and excellent service. More
