I am very picky when I am looking for a car or truck. He just kept on digging till he found the exact one. We were greeted immediately by a friendly lady at the information desk, who then summoned Chris Kolb to assist us in our car search. From then on it was smooth sailing to our purchase. Chris was exceptional to work with. He even contacted us three days after our purchase just to check in how things were going. One thing I greatly appreciated about this dealer was that I never once felt pressured to do anything. Obviously they would like to sell you a car, but there were absolutely no "games" played with you as a customer. Part of their promise to you as a customer is that they are offering you their best price up-front so you don't have to haggle with them. Perhaps some people enjoy haggling, but I find it annoying, so it was nice not to have to do that. More
