They are friendly and put no pressure on you to buy a car. The salesman took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledigble regarding the Chevy line of cars. I have never had any serious problems with any of the vehicles I have bought but when I bring them to Apple for service the service department is prompt and courteous. I have Apple take care of all the normal maintenance of my vehicles and am very satisfied with the work completed. My latest purchase is a 2012 Equinox LT. I picked it up just yesterday(3/14) and feel this is the best deal I could have received anywhere.The price was right!! The paperwork was ready and I drove the car away as an extremely satisfied customer. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Chevrolet. Of the 6 cars I have purchased, two of them were used vehicles. I still drive a 2000 Lexus 350 that I bought about 4 years ago. The other used car was a 1 year old Blazer. Both of these used car purchases were great buys and I was happy with the purchases. The sales staff from the top down is very professional and when the time comes to buy another car Apple Chevrolet is the 1st place I will stop at. I have been pricing and looking for a used Chevy Tahoe or Suburban for several months and located one at Apple Chevrolet. My first time at the dealership went very well. I met with Capt. Dave was sincere and tenacious in his ability to help me. I located another vehicle several weeks later from an e-mail Dave sent and bought my dream car. We had the pleasure of buying a new Chevrolet Equinox from Apple Chevrolet in Orland Park. Everthing from our first visit was easy. He gave us the information we wanted and was not pushy. We were allowed to test drive the vehicle on our own which was nice as we had time to talk to each other about the features of the vehicle. We also liked the fact that we left with an estimate clearly written so we could compare with other dealerships on comparable SUV's. Jeff has a great personality and is good looking to boot (I'm a senior - BTW). I like sales people that don't push me to make a decision on the spot, because it is a big decision and a lot of money. Next - after hours of research via the net and other dealerships we made the decision that this was the SUV and dealer we wanted to purchase from. We came back to look at it the next day. We already knew that Jeff would not be there, but as we entered the showroom to sit in the car another time, Gerry, the Sales Manager was there. He was so friendly and helpful. All questions were answered in an expedient and professional manner. Thank you, Gerry, for helping us with our time frame and making this purchase possible. What a great asset you are to the Apple Chevrolet team. Gerry, then led us to our next helpful person, Ken, the finance Manager. This was another extremely pleasant experience. This is not the part that one looks forward to, however, Ken made it painless. I appreciate the straightforward information that we were given. We appreciate the fact the the dollar estimate we were quoted was the same at the end of the deal - No Suprises! No one pushed us to buy something that would not be needed for us, as seniors. Later in the day when Jeff , our salesman, started work - he came to our house and spent at least an hour with us instructing us on the features of the cars. I think this is over an beyond the definition of good service. Kudos to Jeff. I kept thinking - you might be missing a sale - but he stayed with us until all questions were answered.
