I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service I received here. I purchased a 2013 Chevy equinox and cannot be happier with my purchase. I've been in my career since the age of 21. Finally at the age of 27 I decided I wanted to buy a new car. I deserved it, in my opinion. Prior to coming to Apple Chevy I visited several Chevy dealers in th the age of 27 I decided I wanted to buy a new car. I deserved it, in my opinion. Prior to coming to Apple Chevy I visited several Chevy dealers in the area. All of them were very pushy and aggressive. This all changed when I visited Apple Chevy. I knew what car I was interested in, the 2012 Chevy Equinox LT. Terry showed me the vehicle and allowed my wife and I to test drive the vehicle ourselves. Which was awesome! While they didnt have a 2012 I wanted ( Black granite, My Link, Drivers Convenience package) , they had an 2013. Terry was very helpful in regards in explaining the price difference and incentives. Terry was friendly and kept everything open and honest. I didnt feel pressured. Thats what I appreciate. This was all on a late Friday night. I told Terry that I needed to sleep on it, he said sure. I came in on Saturday morning (8/25/2012) and Terry had everything prepared ..all of the paperwork was complete. All I needed to do was to finalize the deal with the finance manager. His name was Chate. He was very helpful as well. It was a quick process and it was much easier than I thought. I will recommend APPLY CHEVY to all my friends, family, and colleagues. THANKS APPLE! Needed service on my 2005 Trailblazer. These guys were great on the phone and told me to come in right away, even without an appointment. They got me right in and started taking care of my problem. When they figured out that the service for my problem was going to be a little longer than first thought, they offered me a loaner car to run errands and get lunch. And there was no extra charge! I appreciated Tony doing a walk thru of the vehicle with me prior to service. Found new wiper blades were needed. Unfortunately the area we live doesn't have a very good selection of used cars and we are pretty particular about our vehicles. After being lied to and generally frustrated by 2-3 other dealers Terry did selection of used cars and we are pretty particular about our vehicles. After being lied to and generally frustrated by 2-3 other dealers Terry did his best to show us the condition of the car before we wasted another 3+ hours driving to the Chicago area. I didn't purchase my 2011 Chevy Malibu from Apple, but had great experience with them in the past. I needed an oil change and made an appointment with Apple. On my drive to the dealership, it was ex had great experience with them in the past. I needed an oil change and made an appointment with Apple. On my drive to the dealership, it was extremely warm out so I put my air conditioner on. It started to work properly, but within a minute it was blowing hot air. When I checked in for my appointment for the oil change, I told Carl about my air conditioner problem. He said he couldn't promise anything as they had appointments scheduled all afternoon but he would see what they could do. When I was called that my car was ready, Carl advised that they were able to correct the air conditioning problem. In this day and age, when everyone is trying to multitask I can't tell you how much that means that I don't have to make another appointment. Everyone that I've dealt with at Apple has been very helpful and will assist you in anyway they can I can definitely say that I'm 100% satisfied. When I'm ready to purchase my next Chevy, you can bet that I'll be visiting Apple Chevrolet. More
