BECAUSE I CONTACT BBB AND THE STATE ATTORNEY CONSUMER PROTECTION I IM IN MEDIATION NOW , ANTWERPEN HAVE THERE ATTORNEY HILLEL TRAUB TO RESPOND TO BBB ONLINE SAYING THEY PUT MONEY IN THE CAR ALREADY AND HE NAME SOME ITEMS WHICH I HAVE PROOF , THE FIRST NIGHT I BROUGHT THE CAR AND PULLED OFF THE LOT THE CAR LOCKS WAS BROKE THE DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON , SO THE NEXT DAY I RETURNED BACK FOR THE DEALER TO FIX THAT THIS GOES TO SHOW THE CAR WAS NEVER REALLY INSPECTED AND HE ALSO SAID THEY PAID FOR OIL CHANGE WITH IS NOT TRUE THE RECIEPTS I PRESENTED TO BBB , STATE SHOWS MY PROOF, I WAS ALSO GIVEN AN OWE ME TICKET THE CAR PAINT IN A LOT OF AREAS OF THE CAR NEEDED TO BE PAINTED THEY WASTED 3 MONTHS PAINT IT THERE ATTORNEY IS SAYING WE PUT TO MUCH MONEY IN THE CAR ALREADY BUT THE THINGS THAT ARE LISTED ARE THE THINGS SHOULD BEEN FIXED BEFORE THE CAR WAS EVEN SOLD THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO FIX THE CAR THERE ATTORNEY IS SAYING TRADE THE CAR IN , AM GETTING READY FOR ARBITRATION , AND AM SEEKING A CONSUMER ATTORNEY NOW TO DECIDE , THEY ARE COVERING UP EVERY THING I HAVE PROOF DOCUMENTS SHOWING THIS CAR WAS STILL UNDER WARRENTY WHEN I COMPLAINT ABOUT THE PROBLEM THAT THEY IGNORE I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE NEWS STATION , I REFUSE TO LET THEM GET OVER ON ME ITS GOING ON 2 MONTHS AND THE CAR IS STILL NOT RUNNING THEY NO IT BAD BUSINESS TO SELL A CAR WITH ALL THOSE PROBLEMS THE THE DEALER ITSELF IDENTIFY THEY JUST ADD THAT REPONSE UP THERE TO MAKE EVERYBODY THING THERE TRYING TO HELP ME THAT IS JUST A COVER UP, I DONT HAVE MUCH MONEY BUT THEY WILL NOT GET OVER ON ME I WILL FIGHT THIS MATTER TO THE END , GENERAL MANAGER DAVID ANTWERPEN HES NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD HE MADE A PROMISE TO FIX THE CAR $2300.00 HE NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE HE CONTACT HIS ATTORNEY AFTER I CONTACT BBB AND STATE ATTORNEY , WHO WANTS TO BUY A CAR FROM A DEALER WITH ALL THESE PROBLEMS ANY CERITIED MECHANIC OUT HEAR NO ITS NO WAY A TIMING CHAIN , TIRE RODS , BATTERY, OIL PAN GASKET LEAK , OIL COOLER LEAK , 2 FRONT TIRES CAN GO BAD FROM THE DAY I BROUGHT THE CAR 12-26-11 UNTIL 03-2012 , AND ALSO THEY ONLY FIXED CATALY CONVERTER AND 2 SENSOR AND FIXED THE DOOR LOCKS AND PAINT THE FRONT BUMPER LEFTSIDE AND RIGHT SIDE OF THE DOOR TELL ME THEY SOLD ME A USED LEMON, THEY DONT WANT TO FIX IT, I AM FILLING OUT MY REPORT WITH THE NEWS 13 NOW I AM NOT PLAYING NO GAMES WITH THOSE RIPP OFF ANTRWERPEN SECURITY NISSAN WOODLAWN DR

AFTER LOOKING AT THE INVOICES 01-4-2012. I GUESS EVERYBODY OVERLOOKED THE INVOICE THE MILEAGE WAS 64214 WHEN I COMPLAINED OF RATTLING NOISE OF ACCELERATION WHICH EVERY CERTIFIED MECHANIC KNOWS THAT IS A SIGN OF A BAD TIMING CHAIN , WHEN I PURCHASE THE CAR THE MILEAGE WAS ON 12-26-12 THE MILEAGE WAS 63520 , SO THE DEALERSHIP AND ATTORNEY NOW KNOW THE CAR WAS UNDER WARRANTY 1 MONTH OR 1,000 MILES,IT WAS IGNORED THEY PUT ON INVOICE UNDER COMMENT FIX EXHAUST CLAMP, SO AFTER BEING IN MEDIATION THE ATTORNEY OF ANTWERPEN LAST SUGGESTION WAS TO TRADE THE CAR IN SO THE MEDIATOR TOLD ME THAT THE ATTORNEY WILL BE CALLING ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT DAY I COULD TRADE THE CAR IN AND TRANSFER MY EQUIY I HAD IN THE OTHER CAR TO THE NEW CAR , THAT WAS 6-21-12 I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM ATTORNEY YET SO BY TUESDAY, IF I DON'T HEAR ANYTHING THE STATES ATTORNEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT HIM , SO I WILL GIVE IT UNTIL 6-26-12 THANK GOD THEY SEE THAT I WAS TREATED WRONG THAT I KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT MY ATTENTION WAS ALWAYS JUST TO PURCHASE A RELIABLE CAR TO GET BACK IN FORWARD TO WORK , CAR BEEN SITTING FOR 2 MONTHS NOW , IVE BEEN PAYING TRANSPORTATION TO GET BACK AND FORTH TO WORK AND MANKING CAR PAYMENT MONTHLY FOR A CAR I HAVE NOT BEEN DRIVING AND CAR INSURANCE I BE GLAD WHEN ITS OVER ITS ALMOST OVER, I WILL LET EVERYBODY KNOW WHEN IT IS OVER , THANK GOD
