My experience was okay. I say okay because I feel like every time I come into the service center I’m getting up charged for everything. Things I’ve been bringing up for year I say okay because I feel like every time I come into the service center I’m getting up charged for everything. Things I’ve been bringing up for years are now showing up in other areas as issues with my car and I’m always given an astronomical amount or cost to have it replaced. My last instance of coming in, I was told I would have to pay $175 to have a diagnostic test done on my car to determine why the check engine light came on. After that, the service tech comes back to me with a bill of $900 + dollars saying I have to get a piece replaced that I shouldn’t have been responsible for. After making a fuss, she decided to “check” my warranty and it was covered. That is something that should have been done prior to coming back to me with a tab of almost $1k to pay out of pocket. Had I paid the tab, I would have been out of money for no reason. The service tech also could not tell me what could have caused the piece to malfunction or more so how long I’d have driving on the piece before it became an even bigger deal. Before asking a customer to spend large amounts of money, the proper steps should be taken to act in the best interest of the customer. More
