On Saturday, I took my 2016 Nissan Maxima in for service. I was greeted by Daniel Pavelka. I told him I needed an oil change and my turn signal bulb replaced. Daniel told me I could get the oil change and t I was greeted by Daniel Pavelka. I told him I needed an oil change and my turn signal bulb replaced. Daniel told me I could get the oil change and tire rotation for $80.00 and the bulb would be $60.00. I also told him in the past I requested to have my tires rotated, and it was not done. He said I'm new and we are changing things around here it will get done. Got my car back, and as I am driving I could tell that my tires did not get rotated because the tire in the back had low pressure. I called the dealership and asked to speak with Daniel who was not trying to hear what I had to say and transferred me to the service department who did not pick up the phone. I called back and asked to speak to Daniel again, but my call when unanswered. I decided to drive back up to the dealership since I was getting the run-around. Saw Daniel walking across the parking lot and approached him letting him know I did not appreciate him transferring my phone call, and my tires did not get rotated as he promised. Daniel's response was "your tires were rotated by my friend," I said you are lying the tire pressure is still the same if my tires were rotated air would be put in them. I all most lost it with Daniel. What he did not know is that I took a picture of my tire. So he proceeded to take my car back into the shop and put air in all my tires. Daniel returned and said they fixed the problem and calibrated my tires. I was watching him the whole time putting air in my tires. To calibrate tires you have to put the car up on a machine. I guess because he came back and used the word calibrate I was supposed to be happy. Daniel is a liar, I guess because I'm a woman he can just run anything by me, he is very lucky my husband was not with me at that moment. You cannot take someone's money and not do what you're supposed to do. Reading other reviews this seems to be the norm promising to rotate tires but not doing it. I will not be back at this location. More
