Great Service Experience! June 8-9th 2016 Rough day turned around! Day started with my daughter's car taking a dump (another brand,) 6 am call to drive her to work. My 2004 we June 8-9th 2016 Rough day turned around! Day started with my daughter's car taking a dump (another brand,) 6 am call to drive her to work. My 2004 well maintained and running Dakota rear window decides to crap out. Ugghhh! Just what I needed plus I had to go to work. Called my usual dealer, they can't see me until next Tuesday. That was after I had to leave voice mail for service to return my call. Totally unacceptable. Window down, totally exposed to elements plus whatever else. I don't have a garage or car port. I called Musselman's and immediately addressed by Gary Lotman, a real, live person, who completely understood my plight and said "Yes, we can see you immediately!" That made my day! Upon arrival he was friendly, personable, understood my immediate need. He was completely realistic in terms of time frame. Part to be delivered overnight. He explained everything. Pricing upfront, honest, and applied discounts based upon available offers without argument. Service even put "collision plastic" over my window just in case. I REALLY appreciated that! Upon my arrival the next dayl, he remembered me, took my vehicle right in. I threw him a "curveball," and requested an oil change. He immediately recognized I had a MFGR plan and said "No problem" without reservation or hesitation. Gary delivered uncompromised, timely service as promised with complete professionalism.
