no shuttle or loaner car I have a 1 year old vehicle under full factory warranty. I purchased vehicle new from this dealer. I was getting 3 different manufacture RECALLS fix I have a 1 year old vehicle under full factory warranty. I purchased vehicle new from this dealer. I was getting 3 different manufacture RECALLS fixed in addition to routine maintance. These are manufacture recalls related to defect or product issues. The repairs would take 3 or more hours. I had to UBER to work at my own expense. The recalls should justify paying for my rental etc. Other dealerships still offer courtesy shuttles. Other dealers would have cleaned my truck at least a wash and light vacuum. I don't mind this being a "you get what you pay for" environment. But, I paid 50K for the truck and the service rates are just as high as any other dealership. The service provided was good and they repaired the vehicle as requested. But, this is a NO frills dealership. More

When my daily driver broke down at rush hour and it took me three hours to get towed to the garage I said that is it! While waiting for the tow truck on the side of the highway I made an appointment at Antwerpen in Catonsville to preview a new Ram 2500. I had been researching on line and found that buying new offered many advantages over used. I arrived and met with Mike Snowden. He was a complete gentleman. It was an easy deal to put together as a buyer and he added value to the equation beyond discounts, add ons and other accessories. He helped my wife understand what I already knew on new verses used trucks. I was able to purchase the truck for a fair price, financing Mike tailored to meet family requirements.
