Headlight lowbeam passenger side not operable. Headlight low beam passenger side inoperable,but high beam same side working at the time vehicle was checked and serviced. After technician checked,se Headlight low beam passenger side inoperable,but high beam same side working at the time vehicle was checked and serviced. After technician checked,serviced and changed headlight bulb.Now neither low beam, or high beam operable on passenger side.Technician then says the TIPM,(Total Intergrated Power Module) is no longer sending power to headlight wire harness @ passenger side headlight. Technician,stated reason for TIPM, no longer sending power to passenger side headlight wire harness was"shear coincidence",that it stopped working while being serviced/checked by him.Then notified by service manager that a new replacement TIPM, would cost $1145..00 total for part, and labor. Then furthermore, he explained the part was not available until February 19,2019 More

It Could've Been A Better Experience I had a positive impression when I walked into the showroom. My salesperson was Mr. Joshua Duplechin. He was very professional and polite, and not pushy in trying to make a sale or steer me towards another type of vehicle. There were a couple things, however, that soured me on what was otherwise a good purchase. I specifically asked in an email if the vehicle had blind spot detector features, and if the mileage was still accurate from the website. I was told yes to both questions. I think at this juncture, it would've been the perfect opportunity to be up front about the true features and the mileage (7 miles as mentioned on the web site is quite different from the actual 272 miles on the car upon seeing it in person). The sale may or may not have been made, but I think it would've been honest customer service to have been provided this information in order to help me make a decision of this magnitude prior to making the drive out there and finding out otherwise (maybe naïve to think this). The 5.95% auto financing (despite outstanding credit) and a $500 trade-in!! I won't go there. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I could've provided higher ratings, but I think more focus should be put on "truth in advertising" and not anything that will get the customer in the showroom. More

Great service, not so sure on price ? I didn't have an appointment. They were busy and I managed to get there BEFORE they started to turn people away. The service was great. My only issue is, I had a rodent chew the wires to the coolant temperature sensor. I don't know that parts and labor cost $405 to repair them ? It seems a bit extreme, but that's what they charged me. I watched the tech for the most part, and it didn't seem to me that it was that difficult of a fix. More
