I talked to Charlie o I am the one who always bring my truck in for service.This time I was dissatisfied with the general manager of the service dept. I talked to Charlie on phone after I got home .My husband said my recall wasn't done .And I had a oil change and the window washer wasn't filled ,like they are to be.I was so upset I told Charlie ,that if I check my oil and if it is dark.I will be mad and will be back up there.He told me ,the oil will be dark.I think he is nuts.I know what good oil looks like.He is lucky it was changed. Someone has to fix things around there or I won't be back.I bought my truck there. 2010 .It is a nice service dept ,but your Charlie doesn't know what he is talking about. Charlie also talks down ,in front of customers.He is not very professional. Thank you More

No estimate privided My husband took my diesel truck in for an oil change, re all work, and fuel filter replacement. At the end of the repair he got a bill for $610. He was of course shocked that the repair cost was so expensive. At no point did anyone in the service center let him know approximately how much each item would cost to have completed. We expected somewhere closer to $300-400. We won't be using his service center for an future services. They too us to the cleaners for such minor repairs. Won't make that mistake again. More
