surprise! surprise! surprise! I arrived on Saturday at 8 am after only driving for 10 min to have my 2016 Dodge Challenger diagnosed at the dealership as needing a "warranty-covere I arrived on Saturday at 8 am after only driving for 10 min to have my 2016 Dodge Challenger diagnosed at the dealership as needing a "warranty-covered" water pump. After waiting about an hour and a half I asked the employee how much longer my car would be...after checking with the mechanic he came back and said they were waiting for the engine to cool. I said when will it be ready? He said, "2 or 3." I said hours? he said, " no, 2 or 3 pm." 3 pm is when they close. I asked if they had a loaner car and he said "no." But I don't know if he meant, "no they don't have a loaner car right now," or " no, they don't do loaner cars," cause he offered me no other options...like to have someone take me home or anything. So I wasted a beautiful Saturday afternoon unnecessarily as my car just sat there for approx. 6 hours before they finally called me at home around 2:15 pm. My car just sat there as they waited on all the paying customers first. I understand the business logic in this approach, but it's not right to your loyal customers. The employee mentioned that customers with appointments were first...but guess what? If they're not there, they lose their spot. Time is money. Besides I called ahead of time and made the appointment for Saturday morning. Next time, I'll just go to the other Dodge dealership in Owings Mills...besides they offer donuts, coffee, OJ and you get to watch TV while you wait. They had a Hellcat - Redeye I was looking at and debating over, but I don't think I'd buy it there if I did decide to do it. More

We had done months of homework and knew exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. We had walked out of two other dealerships where the numbers just didn't work, no shame I get it, everyone has to make a living. But the "deal of a lifetime" is exactly what we got. No high pressure sales tactics, just honest conversation, and we were in and out in under 3 hours with our dream truck and the "deal of a lifetime". The entire team was very personable, and genuine, just nice guys, not the usual car salesmen type. Jack might say YES, but Jay, Gregory, and Josh, helped us say yes to the "deal of a lifetime" on our dream truck. Thanks to the entire team including the finance lady whose name escapes me, she was very efficient as well. More
