Very disappointed I had to replace my auxiliary battery often like 3 times since I had the vehicle. This last time I was told I missed the warranty by 2 days and would have to pay for the battery and the often like 3 times since I had the vehicle. This last time I was told I missed the warranty by 2 days and would have to pay for the battery and there was nothing they could do. I was suppose to come in 2 days earlier but my daughter was on the hospital if they would have told be I needed to come that day in order to not have the warranty expired I would have. They told me to call Chrysler to see if they can give you my money back. But there was nothing that they can do on thier end. I called Chrysler and the lady I spoke with with no help at all. I am very disappointed in both Antioch, Chrysler and Jeep and Chrysler itself. I have been a loyal customer for years. Not sure if my next vehicle will be a Chrysler next time. More
