Service Department is INCREDIBLE!!!!!! I had the most unusual car trouble this past week, and electrical issue that was very tough to get to the bottom of. Thanks to 3 gentlemen in the serv I had the most unusual car trouble this past week, and electrical issue that was very tough to get to the bottom of. Thanks to 3 gentlemen in the service department, who did not rest until they resolved the issue, I was back on the road in no time. Byron - handled all communication with me and made sure I knew what was going on and made sure I was fully taken care of. Arranged tow truck transportation for me, completely dealt with the insurance company and I didn't have to lift a finger. Russ & Bobby - got under the hood and not only fixed the issue and made sure it wouldn't happen again. But went above and beyond with the additional preventative care my vehicle needed. All the way down to adding a little grease to my door hinge that was making a funny noise while opening and closing. Overall experience was incredible. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership a few years ago and take all of my service issues back to them exclusively. I just feel when my truck is in their hands they make sure to double & triple check anything & everything to sure my safety and well being while out on the road. True professionals all around in that service department. More
