Great Customer Service! Upon my arrival I was greeted with the the car if my interest right at the front door. I was greeted and never felt pressured into doing anything. T Upon my arrival I was greeted with the the car if my interest right at the front door. I was greeted and never felt pressured into doing anything. The hospitality was wonderful, snacks and beverages available. I worked with Tom and it was a pretty long process, but he stuck there with me and extended great communication with me through our deal. I found some minor details that I wanted to be taken care and the offered me a "We Owe" and they took care of all my concerns. The service team is great and and they communicate great and order parts and keep up with schedules. I love their warranty offered with the vehicle and I will recommend them to anyone! More

Tom was great My wife and I had spent the entire day looking at used vehicles. Annapolis Car Center was our last stop and we were tired. Tom took his time with us My wife and I had spent the entire day looking at used vehicles. Annapolis Car Center was our last stop and we were tired. Tom took his time with us and we never once felt rushed to make a decision (something we couldn't say for our other stops). Ultimately we chose a different vehicle than the one we saw at Annapolis Car Center, however if we chose a vehicle purely by how we were treated by the staff Annapolis Car Center would have been a clear choice for us. I'd strongly encourage stopping by Annapolis Car Center to a friend if they wanted a "no xxxxxxxx" experience. They won't employ the absurdly transparent, and annoying, pressure tactics you often see at larger dealerships. The vehicles we saw were in excellent condition and it's clear my satisfaction with my vehicle would have been very important to them, had I purchased a vehicle. More
