Ryan and the rest of the people we worked with, Hamid, Dave from finance, and Mike from used cars were easy to work with and very helpful. We purchase a 2013 Ford Escape this visit and a 2013 C-Max Hybri Dave from finance, and Mike from used cars were easy to work with and very helpful. We purchase a 2013 Ford Escape this visit and a 2013 C-Max Hybrid on a previous visit working with the same people. I would recommend this dealership and all these people. First off let me begin by saying.... Benjamin Williams is a TRUE ASSET to your company!!! I knew going to the dealership that day that I was going home with my new Fusion!!! My first initial statement to Ben a TRUE ASSET to your company!!! I knew going to the dealership that day that I was going home with my new Fusion!!! My first initial statement to Ben was, "Lets go get my car"! Ben still, even though knowing I was completely ready to sign those papers, took the time to teach me of ALL of the bells and whistles that I was receiving with my newest investment!!! Being in the retail industry myself, I know how important customer service is, and let me tell you Benjamin has it!! He was truly like a breathe of fresh air!! Dave Parks, in finance, also went above and beyond! They both kept me informed of the process the entire time! They both realized that my time was limited due to my very busy schedule, and both worked in a timely manner to ensure that I was taken care of!!! Oh and by the way KUDOS to "THE GUY" that took our picture after all of the papers were signed! Now, I must say after the awesome experience, I am not as happy with driving off the lot without a spare tire..... I truly think Ford should reconsider not having a spare tire with every new vehicle. My thought is simply, I travel 48 miles to work each way, and if I have a low tire, everything is fine; however, if I have a blow out on the interstate.... I am completely out of luck. I have since purchased a wheel and tire as a piece of mind, but I truly think that a spare tire should come with every vehicle, of course unless it is a run flat tire. I found the entire purchasing experience to be very professional yet friendly. Beginning with my initial contact with the internet sales group Rhu, to my sales person Philipp, the F&I manager and the g professional yet friendly. Beginning with my initial contact with the internet sales group Rhu, to my sales person Philipp, the F&I manager and the gentlemen, Steve Deal that helped me transfer items for my old truck to my new truck. I thought that I was up to speed on the latest Ford truck technology, however Philipp was able to show me so many features and explain the benefits of such it soon became very obvious that I was mistaken. I have been a service customer for the last 10 years or so and have always been please with the quality of service! My purchase of my new F150, which I couldn't be happier with, was the first sales experience that I have had with Cherokee Ford Lincoln of Alpharetta and I will most certainly tell others that they should also visit the dealership when considering purchasing a vehicle. This was my first time ever buying a car. I was a little nervous at first going in, but Cameron was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I felt no pressure to buy and he kept in contact with me even when I was away to help with my status on getting approved. My only minor displeasure was the price of the car itself. It felt a little high for such a high mileage vehicle. However it was still within my price range and with the dealer's warranty, I felt very confident driving it off the lot today. Cameron was even nice enough to help me transport my other car (which was not for trade in) to my apartment that was right up the street. Hopefully when the time comes for me to get a new car, I would be more than happy to do business with him and the Cherokee Ford team again. He will be highly recommended to my family members and friends. More

This dealership was very accomodating & patient during our 3 visits to purchase a used vehicle. The first visit with Carlos Gibbs, was to test drive a vehicle for my husband before our final decisi during our 3 visits to purchase a used vehicle. The first visit with Carlos Gibbs, was to test drive a vehicle for my husband before our final decision on an exact model to purchase (still researching our options). The second visit three days later was to try to secure a deal on a vehicle we had chosen. Carlos was off that day, so Eddie Maxwell (used car manager) and Ryan Fols stepped in to help. We loved the SUV! and started negotation on price. I was prepared "to do battle". They gave us a fair deal on our trade without any hassle. However we were stuck on the selling price of the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Eddie offered to allow us to take the vehicle for a long test drive without a sales person. We decided to take him up on it. Off we went and decided that it probably it was not the "right" vehicle for my husband. We took a couple of other test drives based on Eddie's suggestions to help us find a car that would work for us. After the 2011 Lincoln MKX nothing came close. Two days after that we decided to follow up on our 2nd choice at another dealership. Before we left to persue that deal, I called Carlos just to see if anything came in that might interest us. Nothing new but we had a long discussion on selling price that intriqued us to rethink the 2011 MKX. After sleeping on it, my husband and I decided to trade vehicles between us and try to work a deal with Cherokee Ford Lincoln. Hence our third visit. I called Carlos to tell him we reconsidered but not there yet on the price. We would stop by shortly. Upon arriving at the dealership they had some options for us that was a win-win situation for both of us. We chose an option that we felt benefited us the most and purchased the vehicle. All in all it was a very good experience. They did not try to high pressure us into a sale, belittle our trade or our price counter offer. Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable about our purchase decision through out the process. We ended up getting a great deal and are happy customers! More

Salesman, Michael Quigley was superb. He is very customer service. He went over and beyond the call of duty. Michael said I could come back after my work shift ended and he would show me how to work customer service. He went over and beyond the call of duty. Michael said I could come back after my work shift ended and he would show me how to work the gadgets on the car as well as sync my iphone. I did go back to Cherokee Ford at the end of the day and Michael explained everything. He is amazing. When I went back to pickup my old auto I had some additional questions on the new gadgets and Michael answered everyone of them. Go see Michael Quigley to buy a vehicle and then see Dave Parks to get your vehicle financing and paperwork done. Dave Parks is great and very customer service. I am very happy with the price as well as the financing. Great and fabulous teamwork!! More
Our experience was wonderful. Mike Quigley took us in, asked what we were looking for and we only tried one vehicle. He got it right the first time. We were only there for 3 - 31/2 hours start to finish.....that included test, trade and finance. The only thing that bothered me a little is that we had to have a loaner vehicle due to a mechanical issue with our new car and it was the SAME pre-owned vehicle that I had inquired about on-line and was told that it was no longer available. We are completely happy with what we bought, just really surprised that the person that we were dealing with on-line didn't know what was available and what wasn't. We will return to this dealership and tell our friends and co-workers about it. It was amazing!! The last two car buying experiences with Palmer Dodge left a bad taste in my mouth and had me leery of going to buy a car. Thanks Mike, Mike and Hamid!! More
