The Sales Manager, Alan, was equally as helpful and got me to the payment I desired. Financing was a breeze and even the paperwork seemed to be much more streamlined than I remember in the past. Unprofessional. I went in to buy a used truck. The sales rep could not find the key, could not print a Carfax and left me sitting for 45 minutes. I finally walked out. The sales woman was very nice. It was her bosses that were not. While we were negotiating price, they sold the car we were negotiating about.
