Easy Process I went to Cherokee Ford to "just look" at a new Fusion. He was very professional and extremely helpful especially in giving us instruction on how to use the features. He took time with us, and even set up our phones. He made purchasing our car very pleasant. About a month later we received a recall notice, called the service dept., set up an appointment and the problem was fixed while we waited. Matt Freemyer is the Best! We drove over from Birmingham to look at a Honda Odyssey. Matt already had the keys ready for us and was extremely professional during our entire time there. He stayed after closing hours and ensured our experience was excellent. I recommend to anyone and everyone that they make the drive over to Atlanta and go see Matt. He gave us a fair price and his customer service was OUTSTANDING! I would certainly drive over from AL and purchase another vehicle from him again. We will be in touch in a few years once we are ready for another car. It is a very big deal for me to actually give a car salesman a great rating. I have had some terrible experiences in the past. Our transaction was so smooth. From test drive to purchase out the door was two hours. More
