They needed to verify a recall which took a few days to figure out and it was already completed. I had to remind them of the additional key they needed to get for me. They give you a free first and fifth oil change. Nice perk for a used vehicle. Receptionist has incredible customer service skills. More

I almost enjoyed it except for the fact I was mislead and wasted a lot of time in what should've been a simple, non-negotiating "it was all finished" type transaction. He eventually caved in and did what was already agreed to but he killed joy in what should be a pleasant transaction. IF AK Ford keeps him around they deserve the outcome, and if he's family, well, that's an expensive hire! I'm hoping my salesperson was not a pawn to his game. He seemed genuine, helpful. I hope they told me truth about the vehicle, but that is still under investigation. More

We started working with Mark and felt that he was honest. When we returned and Cesar was the one to help us, the experience went downhill. The largest discrepancy I found was that the salesman told me that a Honda dealer wanted to buy the car from them at the same price I would be paying, which did not make sense. I understand the sales tactic of a sense of urgency, but outright lying is not acceptable. My address was entered wrong in the system, and thus the tag information was returned to the dealership. I had to personally call and track down the information about the tag a day after the temporary tag expired. I would have appreciated a call to try and get the information to me. More

The after the sale customer service has been horrible. We purchased a vehicle with a clean Carfax Report and a vehicle that was sold as a Certified Preowned Vehicle. Two days after the sale, I discovered that the car had been wrecked. Britt Baker Used Car Manager has been horrible to deal with (Will Evans the Sales Associate has been good). It took two different trips and over a month in the shop for the dealership to repair the vehicle. Per the completed invoice from the dealership the repairs cost $3,656.65 That is correct. $3,656.65 to repair a vehicle that the dealership sold as a Certified Preowned Vehicle and sold with a clean Carfax Report. BUYER BE WARNED !!!!! More

Then on to a Ford dealership, whose salesman did not seem interested in helping us as we were looking for a 2016 and not a 2017. Then we went to Krause Ford who had contacted us on internet, I guess thru all the websits we visited. The salesman, Moses, was most helpful, not pushy and we were done within an hour or so. More

They are Honest and Fair and take great care of us and our 2 Escapes. This last 2016 Escape is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased here. Our most recent visit was for a warranty related issue with our on-board Nav and Matt and the gang in Service did a great job of taking care of us More
They ordered the wrong truck I went in to purchase a new 2017 F-250. I explained to the sales manager that i had just left another dealership that had the truck iI wanted but not I went in to purchase a new 2017 F-250. The sales manager stated that he could order me a truck and have it in within 8-10 weeks. I agreed and told him which dealership to get the specs from and we agreed on a price. My pre approval was about to expire so I took my current truck in and surrendered it since I was awaiting my new truck. About 2 weeks later my new truck came in and I went in to pick it up. As I walked around the truck I IMMEDIATELY noticed certain key components missing. I explained it to the sales associate and manager. He said he would look into getting it taken care of. He also stated that they needed a good review. I accepted the truck and have been calling to speak with the GM of the dealership and to date I have not receive a return phone call from Mr. B. Jackson. My next call will be to the owner. This is the WORST dealership in Atlanta and I do not recommend spending your money or time. They don't care as long as they get the sale. My fault for trusting the sales manager (Danny) could order the truck I wanted and accepting the truck in the first place. PS- Sales associate did his job, sales manager ordered the WRONG truck from the wrong dealership after being told which dealership to order the truck from. Sales manager Danny called and was very RUDE. He lacks basic customer service skills. More

Remarkable- easy and fluid! We did not intend on biuying a Lincoln, nor any car from Angela Krause Ford. We had been looking for a small SUV and had test driven many. Once we narrowed the field down to a Hyundai and the Ford Edge and Escape we went out to look one last time. The Hyundai sales person lost the opportunity due to lack of knowing his vehicles and the feeling that our time was not valuable! As we drove onto the lot at Krause Ford, we saw the Lincoln, and fell in love with the look. A young professional salesman asked how we could help. After telling him we came to drive a Ford but wanted to just look at the MKC, in white with sunroof and cooled seats, he quickly made arrangements to have the only one taken off the showroom floor so we could drive the car we would want ILO a similar car. The dealership team worked quickly and efficiently and while we were test driving, they determined the value of our trade in. The most amazing part of buying was that the dealership will pick up and drop off my car, supply a loaner for any and all service appointments, WE DON'T HAVE TO TAKE OUR TIME! Our salesperson Mark Buckman, knew his cars, options, and made the transaction smooth and seamless. We were never put in a room while he went to "talk with his manager" which is the MOST annoying ploy. There were no ploys- just straightforward, fair negotiation with total respect for the buyer. More
