If I could give this company zero stars I would. From the moment I walked in I could tell they did not want to work on my F-150. Because of the extended warranty process that I bought through ford I mind you moment I walked in I could tell they did not want to work on my F-150. Because of the extended warranty process that I bought through ford I mind you. Well long story short is I was given a false diagnosis of my truck because on my invoice it was clearly written TSB- .... code. Which google told me means (Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) are recommended steps and procedures for repairing vehicles. A TSB is issued by an automaker when there is a growing trend with an unanticipated problems, but does not warrant a recall.) (Which service advisor Bobby printed off for me) Which is total BS because I took my truck out of that so-called Ford dealership and took it to someone that wanted to work on it and they could not find that code anywhere so I tried calling Ford and they had no record of that TSB code either. So all in all I was charged $150 dollars to wait around a week without a vehicle. For him to try and cancel my warranty on me and give me a false diagnosis on my truck. If that’s not a rip off I don’t know what is! More
