I have never had any good service here. I bought my black label navigator here and I can't reach anybody there EVER. Try to call numerous times to get my car serviced, I always have to contact the concierge label navigator here and I can't reach anybody there EVER. Try to call numerous times to get my car serviced, I always have to contact the concierge service who also try and nobody ever reaches out. Twice now I have appts for the car to get fix and no one has come to get the car so my problem never gets taken care of. Also, I waited for a month to get this fixed. One whole month. No bother with Lincoln or their "Black Label." No reason to spend that extra money. Invest in a Mercedes or Cadillac. More

I have had a Ford for 3 years and have consistently driven past other dealerships to have it serviced here, although Ford is not the cheapest options. Matt Lane is, hands down the best service manager driven past other dealerships to have it serviced here, although Ford is not the cheapest options. Matt Lane is, hands down the best service manager I have ever seen, friendly, and clearly enjoys helping people in an efficient and quality manner. I've lived in 5 cities and multiple international countries with a lot of varied experiences with service departments in all car brands. Also have had a good experiences with Sean, who's also possesses that attention to detail. Thanks for the great service - I'd highly recommend. More

I am utterly amazed at how incompetent the people at this dealership have been! I took my Lincoln Navigator into this shop to get a suspension problem diagnosed. They told me the price to repair and gave m dealership have been! I took my Lincoln Navigator into this shop to get a suspension problem diagnosed. They told me the price to repair and gave me the impression that I would be getting OE parts. A week and a half later after paying them thousands of dollars I picked up the car and noticed that it was riding terribly and a light was illuminated on the dash! I called them and they told me that they had replaced my air suspension with coil spring suspension and claimed they had explained that to me. They had not! They also said that I would have to just ignore the warning light because there was nothing they could do about it. After researching on my own I learned that they had installed the wrong suspension parts on my vehicle and that was the reason for the light and the horrible ride quality. The kit that they installed was for an older model. I also noticed immediately upon getting the car home that it had started leaking coolant. I had to pay another $880 to get that repaired and I'm convinced that they caused it when they installed the wrong suspension parts! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More
