I arrived at 4:00 to get an update an Had an appointment 1/6/23 and dropped my truck off at 9:30. Called the dealership for two hours with no answer. I arrived at 4:00 to get an update and pick up my truck. I find all 5 representatives sitting there and they never even touched my car. Offered no discount, no loaner car, and said no one answered the phones bc they sent their two employees that man the phones home bc of an altercation where the police had to be called. This place is a joke and if you are going to allow your customers to make an appointment on the website, then honor it. If Ford falls short, make it up to the customer. I will never step foot near this dealership. Neither should you. More
