Andrew O'Sheilds is not an honest salesperson and his manager Kevin Cosnic isn't either. I bought Mach-E new that had defect on the first day they delayed getting it fix blaming on the parts shortage in manager Kevin Cosnic isn't either. Both of them just try to avoid responsibility and pushing to Ford while Ford is saying is the dealership responsibility. Definitely not recommend or don't take your car if there is defect! More
