************BUYER'S BEWARE************ My 2022 Lincoln Aviator was purchased on 10/21/2021 with 10 miles. I have had a water leak in my roof for over nine months. Several service techs and service manager Aviator was purchased on 10/21/2021 with 10 miles. I have had a water leak in my roof for over nine months. Several service techs and service managers stated they had repaired the issue, which continues to happen. However, recently, I have been told it is a manufacturing/ engineered issue. Per Lincoln Corp, the water dripping and swooshing noise is normal and an engineered issue. I am now having mold and mildew smells coming in through the vent of my truck. My truck has been to the dealer numerous times, and I have had to drive a loaner more than I should. Each time my vehicle has been in the shop, the service techs change and are no longer there, and I am asked what my current issues are. This process has been frustrating and nonresolution. I have researched this water issue, and there have bee n a lot of complaints from customers who have purchased the 2019-current year Lincoln Aviator and have had the same problems. Most complaints are the customer has had water damage on the side of their truck on the floors, seats, and inside the door paneling. Lincoln does not want to take responsibility but wants the customers to pay over $80K for this vehicle. Ricardo is unconcerned and does not care about the customer, and instead of trying to resolve this issue, he now wants to say I am having buyer's remorse. That is ridiculous, to say the least, because you do not want to take responsibility. I have a problem with being sold a LEMON with water dripping, swooshing, mildew smell, and mold in a $80K truck I purchased brand new that can not be fixed, and it is a known issue for Lincoln. More
