After driving for an hour. I was told the car had been auctioned off to a wholesaler. This is unacceptable service. No apology. This is the worst dealer experience I have ever had. More

I never took it for a test drive and I purchased it. Their service department lacked a great deal of customer care I had the truck lifted and put four new custom wheels on it When I took the car in for service they could not rotate the tires at a different dealership because I had not been given a key to remove the lug nuts. Nor had I been given a key to take the rear panel off the top. I was given a warranty that apparently was never shown in paperwork so I'm having to pay for each visit I make to the shop. And now after five phone calls and not one return phone call I have decided to leave reviews on every platform that I can. I am sure that there are people who have had good luck because they all sell the same car it's after the car is purchased that makes or break you I will never return to this dealership having purchased 33 cars in my lifetime I will never return to this Ford dealership not even for service More

Highly unprofessional sales tactics by the sales manager, Cody. This is not Real estate.
