A few days after my purchase I received a follow up call asking how I liked my 2025 Aviator. I LOVE IT! I was again advised that they were there to assist me with any questions or concerns that might arise in the future. Purchasing a car is an important decision and I did not feel pressured to make a decision until I was felt I had seen the best option for me. More

Client advisor recently yelled at me for going over 10k miles without oil change which imho is fine, and no issues, the other time it took three visits until I myself found out there was a screw in one tire leading to loss of pressure almost every day.
