BUYER BEWARE! ! Over the past 8 years I have used Angela Krause Ford to acquire two F150 King Ranch trucks. Once they make the sale, none of their various teams car ! Don't purchase any extended warranty pushed by them because they will not use it for covered TSB's (Technical Service Bulletins - Ford acknowledged defects in their vehicles) unless you start going up the chain of command. Complaints emailed to their Executive Leadership Team will also go unanswered. Their service department and mechanics are pathetic. Maybe they, too, are tired of Ford making a sub-par vehicle resulting in disappointed customers. More
