When I arrived no one greeted me at my car. I had to go in to a desk. Then after discussing why the vehicle was there I waited over an hour for them to tell they ordered a part and that one o I had to go in to a desk. Then after discussing why the vehicle was there I waited over an hour for them to tell they ordered a part and that one other issue I had with a rear bumper needed to go to a paint and body shop. The only thing that appears to be wrong is a clip or something that allows the panel on driver rear to pop out a little. I forgot to let them know of a panel on the console that has also popped out. I should not have to go to a body shop to have this handled. Plus, who is going to handle the referral and payment of the same. My car is new and 5 months old. Friendly but a lack of good care and guidance in my opinion. It felt like "not my problem". More

I bought my first Cadillac from Andrews around 2006 and since have traded and upgraded 3 times. Andrews is a great dealership that really tracks and keeps their customers best interest in my mind. I have n since have traded and upgraded 3 times. Andrews is a great dealership that really tracks and keeps their customers best interest in my mind. I have never had anything but great experiences dealing with them and since they opened the new dealership in Mt Juliet it only made access more convenient for me. The people I deal with in the Service Department are professional, knowledgeable and more than willing to assist in any way to make bringing your vehicle in a pleasant experience.
