But what happend to car wash? always a great experience. was dropped off this time and car was ready and waiting at the front with cars behind it but hadn't been contacted. when always a great experience. was dropped off this time and car was ready and waiting at the front with cars behind it but hadn't been contacted. when i went up to ask the guy behind the counter he looked and said i would have to wait for (cody i think) the man who checked me in. if it was done and cody was on lunch break why couldn't he just check me out... it took cody 3 sec. after they called him to the desk. also the first 3 visits you offered to wash the car but the last one and this one no one offered... the last one was freezing out so figured it was too cold but it was nice this time and no car wash offered... bring that back... it was nice More

15000 mile inspection Saturday: everything was good until my cover/button for my side rear view mirrors on the driver’s side disappear. I went right back to the dealership Saturday: everything was good until my cover/button for my side rear view mirrors on the driver’s side disappear. I went right back to the dealership the same day to see what they can do because it was intact before I took it in. Agent told me they’ll order a replacement and should arrive by Monday to be fixed by Tuesday the following week. 2 weeks later on a Saturday: I heard nothing. I called dealership but no on can redirect me accordingly. I went to the dealership myself to get answers. Agent was off that day, so I spoke with a different agent. He took down my information and I took his card. Following Tuesday: I call agent to get answer. Agent stated that “for some reasons the order didn’t go through/never made, so they’ll order it now and should be in by Thursday.” 2 weeks later: heard nothing. I call agent back for follow up, went straight to voicemail. I’ve always love Toyota but not this particular services being provided. I understand everyone is busy but there’s no reason why the job can’t be done with 2 weeks. I shouldn’t have to wait for a simple replacement for almost 6 weeks now. No return call or updates whatsoever. I’m very disappointed. Side note: I hope it’s not because I’m a women and appeared uneducated about cars. I can and will be doing my own oil change from now on. More
