I have been a customer since 2013 and have had some really good service when the car needs any repairs whether major or minor fixes. Also appreciate how they gave me a rental vehicle when my vehicle ne really good service when the car needs any repairs whether major or minor fixes. Also appreciate how they gave me a rental vehicle when my vehicle needed a bigger repair that would take longer and I needed to go to my second job. Tire air leaking problems since new tires 10 months ago Car was brought in due to air leaking in all tires. Rims seemed to have corrosion and as a result air was leaking needing refill every couple week Car was brought in due to air leaking in all tires. I am upset because rims should have been cleaned when I had new tires installed March of 2019? And cost to wire brush rims seemed excessively high at $273. More

Car service After having my car serviced I was told their computer wasn’t working and my car report would be sent to me. It was sent but my computer could not open the report. I tried twice emailing the service manager but received no reply. Also, in Jan I received an email from the service manager asking me to make an appt. to have my car serviced. I emailed him back saying I thought I had already done that previously. Again I received no reply so I made an appt. for feb 17. Today I gat a reminder of my appt. for tomorrow. What is going on? More
