Brought my Tacoma in for service. It was 7:05am, no one else waiting for service due to "social distancing" & not one CSR would look up from their desk to acknowledge me. Shortly after, Lina walked in and else waiting for service due to "social distancing" & not one CSR would look up from their desk to acknowledge me. Shortly after, Lina walked in and took care of me with a pleasant greeting and professionalism. She seemed to be the only one with a work ethic. I really dislike bringing my car there for service, but it's the most convenient for me location-wise. More
