Car was not washed after maintenance. The maintenance was performed as promised, as far as I can tell. Lack of Health Precautions I was disappointed that none of the maintenance service staff (those with desks) were wearing face masks. I noticed the courtesy shuttle drivers were I was disappointed that none of the maintenance service staff (those with desks) were wearing face masks. I noticed the courtesy shuttle drivers were wearing masks. And I noticed that the gentleman who drove my vehicle into the maintenance shop was wearing a mask and gloves. Upon arrival the maintenance service staff member (with a desk) asked for my keys and proceeded to enter my vehicle without mask or glove, pushing buttons on the steering wheel in order to document current mileage. I was very disappointed by this. I would not have allowed these actions if asked, it happened so quickly that my vehicle had already been entered by the time I voiced my concerns. I had scheduled this appointment as someone who would wait at the dealership while my vehicle was being worked on. After observing an overwhelming majority of unmasked staff members moving freely within the lobby and maintenance departments I chose to get the courtesy shuttle to my home. I saw many more patrons wearing masks than I did your employees. Also, the names of my shuttle drivers are not listed below in the area where I can select up to 10 employees I worked with. Please add them for future feedback. They were fantastic. The actual work performed on my vehicle and the descriptions/communications regarding service were wonderful. The lack health precautions utilized by employees, your organizational lack of requiring such precautions, and the subsequent lack of concern for your customers health was on full display and quite disappointing. More

Awesome Experience at this place. Salesperson was great, finance worked out well and the Sales Manager did everything that was possible to meet my needs before I left. I recommend Andrew Toyota to those that need to get a dependable car for a great price, without jumping through hoops. Ask for Joe Burbach when you shop Andrew Toyota, Joe Knows!!! Now when it's time for Unmatched service, ask for Cody Wagner, he looked gor the problem, told me what needed to be done, how long I could hold out for a repair if I didn't have the money. He was upfront and he could've taken me for a ride like most car repair shops do. Driving back to Wisconsin after I purchased a Toyota Sienna, to service my Wife's Toyota Yaris, was well worth the 90 miles and I'll do it again! Happy Wife, is a Happy Life and she's very happy with the professional and great service!!!! Thanks Cody More
