Service is good. One is long standing and the other more recent. When I bring my vehicle in for service, I am always sent a text message informing me that if there is anything I need, just let you know by responding to the text. After multiple attempts to avail myself of this offering, I have NEVER gotten a response using this method. Rather than maintain the illusion that this might be a way to stay in touch, I'd just suggest you either improve it, or scrap it. The other issue has to do with Covid-19. Despite assurances I have seen that you all are taking precautions, none of the customer facing service advisors I observed were wearing face masks on either of my last two visits. I did see a few on some workers going in and out of the repair area, but that was it. This observation could give the impression that you all are not all that concerned despite the ongoing public health warnings. Again, the actual service you provide is great, but sometimes it's the (not so) little things that get noticed. More
