Realistic Help During a Pandemic I had just lost my job due to the Corona Virus and had little in savings, when my tire kept going flat. I took it to Toyota to have the tire checked I had just lost my job due to the Corona Virus and had little in savings, when my tire kept going flat. I took it to Toyota to have the tire checked (praying it was just a nail). But it wasn't, the whole valve assembly had to be replaced and that cost more than I could afford. So, the service rep and technician suggested that I exchange my spare tire with the tire in need of repair until I could get it fixed. They analyzed the problem, found a solution within my budget, changed my tires for me, and didn't charge me a penny to do it! Plus they gave me a pack of cookies and sent me home a very happy customer. Thank you Toyota! PJ More
