I have been coming here for service for over 15 years. It is easy to schedule appointments and the drop off/pickup is extremely efficient. Updates about your car are regular and timely. On this particular visit I needed a bunch of things done so they had to keep my vehicle overnight. My only problem was at pickup when the cashier told me my vehicle was outside with the keys in it. ( Which it wasn’t) Seemed a little confusing. But that could be service in the time of COVID. More

Right before I was to bring my car in for the oil change, my battery died. I was able to contact someone at Andrew even before they opened. I was extremely please with how they were able to help me out on su my battery died. I was able to contact someone at Andrew even before they opened. I was a bit disappointed since I bought the car 9 months ago from Andrew and the battery died already, but I was still happy with the service. However, I really do wish they had been able to help find a battery that has a longer warranty than one year. In the past, I have never had a battery with a warranty less than 3 years, most of them were five years. So I am a little concerned about the quality of the batter since it is not backed up by a great warranty, but only time will tell. More
