Partially Satisfied Customer Service is great, they do quality work. But the labor cost is outrageous. All the bases were covered. I have 2005 Highlander that we purchased at Andrew with Steve Butcher in 2005 and I have always had it serviced at Andrew since. Initially I worked w I have 2005 Highlander that we purchased at Andrew with Steve Butcher in 2005 and I have always had it serviced at Andrew since. Initially I worked with Mike Cooper, but the last several years it has been Dan Rogers. The most recent service was routine maintenance, lube/oil and tire rotation. But the Service Department always runs through a checklist of potential problems to be sure there are no hidden issues and I believe that is an excellent policy. Dan had been keeping an eye on our brakes for over a year and this time it was clear that work needed to be done which I immediately authorized. Unfortunately, some parts had to be ordered so the car had to be kept overnight. This is not ideal for us because we only have one car. Still we went ahead and he got the work done timely and Dan even found a 15% off coupon to soften the $1000+ expense. Luckily for us, because. of the coronavirus, Service was offering to pick up and return the car which I gladly took advantage of; it did take a little longer for us to get our car back, but we were grateful to be able to take advantage of the option. More
