In and out with no appointment that day. I was able to swing in and get oil changed and tires rotated with no issues. Used the shuttle service to get to work and left the car. Took way too long to change oil...2+ hours. Apparently, mechanic installed wrong oil filter and needed filter was not in stock...had to retrieve from different location. Not very happy with my most recent service at this location. I took my vehicle in for a regular oil change. They told me the oil was leaking and charged me $90 for a dye and degrease just to tell me i location. I took my vehicle in for a regular oil change. Also got the car back with No car wash, fluids weren’t topped, and tires not filled up. I texted the service advisor my concerns and never heard back. More
