I brought my car in for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, alignment). I was overall pleased with the service but was very uncomfortable inside the dealership itself. With rising cases, I was surprised to see employees walking around without masks, including to speak to other employees. I had to pay for my service where one employee had been standing on the customer side of the divider speaking to the cashier without a mask and leaving without sanitizing. I would be uncomfortable returning during the pandemic. How could I possibly know if employees working on my car were wearing masks while inside my vehicle? Based on how employees inside the dealership were acting, I wouldn't want to bet that everyone in service was being responsible. More

Was glad to learn that the airbag light that was on in my vehicle was likely the cause of some preventable interference going on with some of the wiring under my front passenger seat. A less honest dealer co vehicle was likely the cause of some preventable interference going on with some of the wiring under my front passenger seat. A less honest dealer could have taken advantage and proactively replaced an expensive component that wasn’t needed. Thank you, Andrew Toyota. More
