I have been pleased with my 2 year maintenance appointments (2019 & 2020). This is my first time leasing a car and a foreign car at that. I find that everyone is friendly & professional. Good service dept. Never in a rush, friendly and informative. Dealership is always clean. When looking for a 4 Runner back in Feb of 2016 was difficult to get someone in sales to actually help me o informative. Dealership is always clean. Disappointed and will look for somewhere else for service. First you eliminated the cookies now the car wash. No reason to pay for the high service prices.
