My experience with this dealership was Terrific compared to others I have dealt with. Mike Kerr was a kick and very pleasant to work with. I have never had a deal go threw so quickly and with vertually no h to others I have dealt with. Mike Kerr was a kick and very pleasant to work with. Now the things I wasn't so thrilled about, the salesman could have educated me more on the Kia that I bought, I left there not knowing how to adjust the steering wheel. I also thought I should have been offered a tank of gas since I drove 160 miles round trip to trade there. I have to return to the dealership to complete the (fine tuning) and My schedule doesn't allow me to do that right a way. And last but not least the car had not been detailed before it went on the sales lot and I still don't understand that other than that I'm happy with the car....Don More

I gave this rating because my experience with buying a new car @ Anderson Kia/Ford was very pleasant. I made the phone call to Ryan describing what I was looking for. When I was offered a larger re-bate b new car @ Anderson Kia/Ford was very pleasant. I made the phone call to Ryan describing what I was looking for. When I was offered a larger re-bate by another dealer than previously offered by Anderson they readily matched the price and had the car I was looking for by the next day. All people dealt with was very friendly and went above and beyond to please! Ryan is an excellent salesman & is willing to do whatever asked. Anderson is very blessed to have him as their employee!!! Mike was wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us and seemed comfortable with the fact we had plenty of information (Consumer Report,Edmonds, etc). He took us by the Anderson Ford dealership to show us where the service for the vehicle would occur. He was very courteous and answered all our questions efficiently. First we were given a price on our used car, then, we made an offer on the new car to the "man in the back". We felt this was a fair offer ... it was not the sticker price, of course, but it was right at the average spent for this car in this area, according to data on the computer. The "man in the back" then lowered the used car value by $1,000! We were frustrated as we don't like to play games. Only after we were leaving to buy a different car at a different dealer did he decide there had been a "mistake". After that, the paperwork took a very long time and we caught three errors in that. They spelled our name wrong, forgot to include the rebate in the calculations (there's that $1000 again!) and wrote up 3.9% on the financing instead of the 2.9% we were promised. We left with a bad feeling about the dealership itself. We would have graded the "entire experience" (Question #4 above) lower, but didn't want our negativity to reflect on Mike Herr, who was professional throughout. More
