I have been researching the Kia Soul and had been looking online and in the KC area. Mike Herr sent me a email after visiting Anderson's web site on a Friday. I drove 90 miles on Saturday to Anderson Kia and met Mike Herr, he was very personable and made me feel comfortable. He explained all of my questions in detail and offered suggestions. He was not pushy and made me feel like I was a friend instead of a customer. He explained every step in the process from the test drive to finding the right Soul for me. He was able to find money saving options that benefited me with my loan, and the paperwork went quickly and was well organized. I would highly recommend Anderson Kia and Mike Herr. We went in to buy a used SUV with decent gas mileage. Mike was great and showed us the best of what KIA had to offer including the BRAND NEW SOUL that we ended up driving off the lot. I called about the Optima on a Sunday, obviously the dealership was closed. However by 815 Mike had called me at work. I told him what vehicle I had, what I thought was a fair trade, the car my wife w dealership was closed. However by 815 Mike had called me at work. I told him what vehicle I had, what I thought was a fair trade, the car my wife was on her way up to test drive, and if everything worked out right, it would be the easiest sale he ever made. Well that day it had snowed 3", and by the time my wife got to the dealership at 845, Mike already had the snow cleaned off the car and had it warmed up for the test drive. Mike went thru all the options with her, answered all her questions, and let us know he would get back with us by lunch. By 11am we had all the details that we needed, and the deal was done. Little did i realize that Mike had reversed what i had told him, he made this he easiest purchase i have ever made with a vehicle. When we picked the car up, Mike spent an hour going over all the options, not just explaining but with a hands on approach (much of it in 30 degree weather with snow falling). If you are wanting to buy a car, go to Kia, and ask for Mike, I can assure you that you will not find a friendlier, more knowledgable salesperson than Mike. Duane & Beth More
